1.Set White balance to 5300k or5182k take one white paper napkin zoom camera and lock white balance always set manual white balance. In auto white balance there is a possiblity of colour jump which ruins the footage
2.(Shutter speed TIPS) 24 frame rate per second keep 1/50th shutter speed always double the frame rate if frame rate is24 frame set to 1/50th of second shutter speed if frame rate is 60 shutter speed should be 1/120 the of second or frame 120 frame rate should 1/240 of the second shutter
3. frame rate 24 industry standard on PAL always shoot on this only shoot 60 frame rate for slow motion only or 120 frame rate.
4.ISO lowest 100 only or more of available 60 or 40 lowest keep lowest possible higher iso increases noise on the footages.
5.Focus f1.8 f3.5 or f 4.5 apperture should be always lower number for background blur shallow depth of field or BOKEH effect.
6.Resolution 4k or 1080 p always set and shoot also increase bitrate highest available for high quality.
7.Locking exposure and focus always. and Shoot .
8.dont forget camera metering mode set to multimeter (matrix metering )mood use spot metering or center widget metering if required.
9.always shoot raw footage flat picture profile or log profile
For later clour grading or applying colour luts.
10.only increase shutter speed if you are capturing fast moving object like flying bird spinning fans increasing shutter speed allows less light in camera sensor decreasing allows more light on sensor.
11. For proper exposure check the camera after setting all exposure value

Bring to middle 0 always
12.Never use autofocus while shooting videos set to manual focus and use camera focus ring to focus on object and good to go.
13.Always use 16:9 aspect ratio we crop it later on premier pro using wide screen cinematic bars on post production.
14.Always use rule of thirds grid if available and external monitor in camera also can use Android mobile phone as extra monitor.
NOTE 1
Sometimes needs ND filter to set correct frame rate as and shutter to set good aperture in this situation we can increase aperture vallue f1.8 to f3.5 to f4.5 compromising blur background BOKEH and check also metering mode and set it to matrix metering always.
